NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES REGARDING ARIZONA COLORADO RIVER ENTITLEMENTS

Western Water, LLC (Western) proposes to transfer 85 acre-feet (af) of its Arizona fourth priority Colorado River water entitlement to the Ehrenberg Improvement District (EID). The water is currently being used by Western. Under the proposal, the 85 af of Colorado River water will be transferred to EID.

The Arizona Department of Water Resources (Department) will evaluate the proposed transfer in accordance with the Department’s January 16, 2019, Policy and Procedures for Transferring an Entitlement of Colorado River water (Colorado River Transfer Policy). The public is invited to comment on this proposed transfer of a Colorado River entitlement. The Department’s Colorado River Transfer Policy and the transfer documents may be reviewed, at the Department’s Phoenix office (address listed above).
